    I used to live in Phoenix, and received a NO Insurance ticket, and fail to obey a traffic signal ticket,..in 1998,..now live in another state, and the fines were over $5000.00?????
    Phoenix courts would NOT set up a payment plan!!????
    spent $1000.00 on a phoenix lawyer got it reduced to $2550.00..But still cant get a Payment plan,..can anyone tell me WHY???……I make $8.00 per Hr,..so you see my Problem.
