Dui in tampa….Cleveland Cavs guard, charged with with a dui in Tampa Florida. Kinsey, of Tampa, was arrested for a dui at 3:38 a.m. today.
Kinsey was first seen going north on Howard Avenue in a Bentley heading to Interstate 275. Police said he was drifting in his lane and accelerated to 70 mph in a 55-mph zone on the interstate.
A police officer stopped the NBA player near the interstate and Dale Mabry Highway. He failed field sobriety tests and refused to take a breath test.
He signed with the Cavaliers as a free agent in August 2008.
Kinsley bail is set at $500.
