We recently posted a blog about pulling favors or I guess we should say “trying” to pull favors to getting out of a traffic violation or some type of moving violation. We were searching youtube and found a classic case of how not to approach getting out of a citation. This young lady, a college student took this act of pulling favors to a whole new level. She received a speeding ticket in los angeles and then got sued by the police officer.
A quick summary of the video on you tube which is on Court TV, Judge Judy. The young Los Angeles student aka cry baby, got pulled over for speeding, and the police officer, is giving her a citation for speeding and she decides to call her dad. Her dad used to be a sergeant on the police force and is retired. I don’t want to ruin the story by telling you what happens, however, she made a series of mis calculated decisions before, during and after the police stop and receiving a traffic ticket. Judy Judy totally hazes her on TV.
