10/16/2009 Lindsay Lohan was cited early this morning for dui - driving under the influence.
Lohan hit a curb with her car at about 5:30 a.m. on Sunset Boulevard in Beverly hills.
She was taken to the hospital for treatment, she was not arrested beacause she was taken directly to the hospital. There we other passengers in the car however according to the Associated Press no one was hurt.
She is 20 yeas old, the drinking age is 21…she is going to need the best Los Angeles DUI Attorney.
